Part A – Website accessibility
1. Our commitment
Keshet Studio places great importance on providing equal, respectful and accessible service to everyone, including people with disabilities. We invest resources so that everyone can use our website and services independently and comfortably.
This statement was written in accordance with Israel’s Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.
2. Accessibility level of the website
The website has been adapted to the requirements of Regulation 35, at level AA under Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the W3C’s WCAG guidelines. We continue to check and improve the website on an ongoing basis, with every content or design update.
3. What has been made accessible
- The page language is defined (English on this version, Hebrew on the main site) with the correct reading direction.
- A clear, hierarchical heading structure on every page.
- Alternative text (alt) for meaningful images.
- Full keyboard navigation, including a “Skip to content” link.
- Clear labels for all form fields, with required fields marked.
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background.
- Full adaptation to mobile, tablet and browser zoom.
- Support for common assistive technologies, such as screen readers.
4. The accessibility menu
Every page has an accessibility button in the corner of the screen. It opens a menu that lets you, among other things: enlarge and reduce text, change spacing, use contrast and grayscale modes, highlight links and headings, switch to a readable font, stop animations and use a larger mouse cursor.
5. Browsers and devices
The website has been tested in the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox, on desktop and mobile.
6. Exceptions and components that are not fully accessible
Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible:
- Third-party content – YouTube videos on project pages, the Google map on the contact page and the WhatsApp window. Their accessibility is determined by the providers.
- Portfolio images – some works (logos, packaging and designs) include text inside the image and are described with general alternative text.
If you encounter such a component, contact us and we will provide the information in another accessible way.
Part B – Office and service accessibility
7. Accessibility arrangements at the office
Our office and studio are at 7 HaSatat St, Industrial Zone, Eilat. Accessibility arrangements on site:
- Accessible parking near the business.
- Step-free access from the parking to the entrance.
- Accessible restrooms on the business floor.
- A waiting area with suitable seating.
We recommend coordinating your visit in advance with the accessibility coordinator, so we can prepare for any need.
8. Accessible service
- Information is available in an accessible format – free of charge and as needed.
- Meetings can be held by video call, WhatsApp or phone instead of in person.
- You are welcome to come with a companion or a service animal.
