Part A – Privacy policy
1. General and who we are
Keshet Studio (“Keshet Studio”, “we”) operates the website keshetstudio.com (the “Website”). This policy explains what personal information we collect on the Website and when you contact us, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and what rights you have.
This policy was written in accordance with Israel’s Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations, including Amendment No. 13. The controller of the information (database owner) is Keshet Studio: Keshet Studio, 7 HaSatat St, Industrial Zone, Eilat, Israel · Email: [email protected] · Phone: +972-52-377-7959.
This English version is provided for convenience; if there is any discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.
2. What information we collect
Information you give us on your own initiative:
- In the contact form: name, phone, email, website address (if any), business location, subject and message.
- In the careers form and in CVs sent to us by email: name, phone, email, CV and any other information you choose to attach.
- When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email: your contact details and the content of the correspondence.
Information collected automatically while browsing: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, how you arrived at the Website and the time of the visit. Some of this is collected using cookies – see section 5.
We do not collect payment details on the Website, and we do not ask for sensitive information as defined by law. Please do not send us such information through the forms.
3. Why we use the information
- To get back to you, understand your needs and send a quote.
- To provide the services you ordered and manage our business relationship with you.
- To review applications for positions at Keshet Studio.
- To measure use of the Website and improve its content, design and experience (subject to your consent to statistics cookies).
- To keep the Website secure and prevent spam, fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We will not use the information for any other purpose that is inconsistent with these purposes without informing you, and we will not sell your information to anyone.
4. Do you have to provide the information?
You are under no legal obligation to provide us with information; doing so depends on your wishes and consent. However, without basic contact details we cannot get back to you or handle your inquiry, and without a CV we cannot review an application.
5. Cookies and analytics tools
Cookies are small files saved in your browser. The Website uses three types:
- Essential cookies – required for the Website to function and to remember your cookie consent choice (for example
cookiez-user-consent). They are always active. - Statistics cookies – Google Analytics (for example
_ga,_ga_*), which measures in aggregate how the Website is used. They are activated only after you approve them in the cookie banner; until then Google receives cookieless signals (Consent Mode). - Embedded third-party content – YouTube videos on project pages and a Google Maps map on the contact page. When this content loads, the providers may set their own cookies under their privacy policies.
You can change your choice at any time via the cookie icon in the corner of the screen, and you can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the Website work.
6. Who we share information with
We share information only to the extent necessary, with service providers that help us run the Website and the business and are obligated to protect the information:
- Fasthosts – website hosting and our email services.
- Google – browsing statistics (Google Analytics, subject to consent), maps (Google Maps) and videos (YouTube).
- Meta (WhatsApp) – when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the correspondence passes through WhatsApp’s services.
In addition, we will disclose information to authorities or third parties if required by law or court order, or if necessary to protect our rights. We do not sell or rent personal information.
7. Transfer of information outside Israel
Some of our service providers store and process information on servers outside Israel, including in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. Information is transferred in accordance with the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001, and to providers that are obligated to protect it.
8. Information security and retention
We take reasonable, accepted security measures: communication with the Website is encrypted (SSL), access to admin interfaces is restricted and secured, software is updated regularly and backups are made. No system is completely immune, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection against intrusion.
We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected – for example, inquiries for as long as a business relationship continues and for a reasonable period afterwards, and applications for the duration of the recruitment process and for suitable positions later on – and for the periods required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 10).
9. Mailing and marketing content
We will send you marketing messages (by email, SMS or WhatsApp) only if you have given explicit consent, in accordance with section 30A of Israel’s Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law. You can ask to stop receiving such messages at any time – by replying to the message or contacting us – and we will remove you promptly.
10. Your rights
- Right of access – to view the information held about you (section 13 of the Law).
- Right to correction and deletion – to ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date (section 14 of the Law).
- Removal from mailing lists – to ask not to receive marketing approaches and to be removed from mailing lists (section 17F of the Law).
- Withdrawing consent – to withdraw your consent to cookies or mailing at any time.
For requests, write to us at [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”. We may ask to verify your identity before handling the request. We will reply within 30 days, and if we refuse a request we will explain why. If you are not satisfied, you can contact Israel’s Privacy Protection Authority.
11. Minors
The Website and our services are intended for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from minors under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example following changes to our services, the tools we use or the law. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page, and we will note any material change on the Website.
